pixel_clock_notes

We are going to do a 70/30 render/blank system at 60hz.

240/x = 70/100 ⇒ x = 240 * 30 / 70 = 342 pixels per pine, and 342 lines per frame. 240 pixles/lines active 102 pixels/lines blanked.

This makes the dot clock 342*342*60 = 7,017,840

okay, each memory read is nominally 1 pixel but we have 4 layers so we need at least 28mhz clock…should be able to pipeline everything else.
