Pixel Clock: 7,017,840 Hz Pixel clock calculation notes
GPU pixel clock. 28,071,360 Hz
Each horizontal line consists of 102 inactive pixels clocks (the H Blank) followed by 240 active pixels.
After 240 horizontal lines there 102 inactive lines (the V Blank).
The Hblank line is low any time a pixel is being rendered on screen and high during any blank. When used to initiate an interrupt this will result in 240 interrupts occurring after the last pixel of each line is rendered.
The Vblank line is high 102 pixel clocks after the last line finishes rendering.
