Each horizontal line consists of 102 inactive pixels clocks (the H Blank) followed by 240 active pixels.

After 240 horizontal lines there 102 inactive lines (the V Blank).</description>

        <description>We are going to do a 70/30 render/blank system at 60hz.

240/x = 70/100  =&gt; x = 240 * 30 / 70 = 342 pixels per pine, and 342 lines per frame.  240 pixles/lines active 102 pixels/lines blanked.

This makes the dot clock 342*342*60 = 7,017,840

okay, each memory read is nominally 1 pixel but we have 4 layers so we need at least 28mhz clock</description>
